Investment
We have led and advised on completed student housing acquisitions totalling in excess of EUR 500m, as well as raised capital commitments from institutional investors and family offices totalling EUR 1 billion. Beyond student housing we have led the development of urban and senior living investment strategies, as well as provided support across a range of serviced real estate acquisitions.
Platform Strategy
We specialise in supporting investors to develop and execute new business strategies in the managed real estate sector, including building core platform infrastructure, as well as advising on strategy repositioning and growth. We have led start-up, scale-up and turnaround strategies in the UK, Europe and the United States.
